    HeatSync Window Calendar

    Hi all,

So, our regular meeting place, HeatSync Labs, has a physical calendar in the front window with a box for each day. They had kindly put a simple sign and plastic skull in our box for us on our regular Make-and-Take day (third Sunday), but I wanted to spruce it up a bit. With very kind assistance from an LED expert HeatSyncer, I rigged up a light up sign:

However, I think we can do better than that little skull too - any ideas?

I can donate my Giger type head if that seems Halloweeny enough.
    Perhaps a Jack-o-Lantern?

Sadly, I suspect the Giger head wouldn't fit; the boxes are just under 11" by 11". A jack-o-lantern would be pretty cool, though, especially if it had a nice light in it.

Could you laser cut a funkin?

Depends on what it's made of. Do you know the plastics composition?

I do not. I don't smell any chlorine when I burn them... I never did a burn test for color though. Michael's craft pumpkins would be better than funkins, but I hve not found an MSDS either.
